We establish the position description and responsibilities, core competencies, standards of performance, an ideal candidate profile, and target compensation components.

Together, we then define target industries, companies, functions, associations, and network sources from which we collectively believe the most suitable candidates will be found.

Once our search preparation is complete we are ready to proceed to:

Assist client in evaluating company interview results to make selection

Understand the candidate's motivation for a career change
Find the fit between the career aspirations of the candidate and the position
Achieve acceptance of the company offer
Follow-up with the chosen executive and company management over time to help with the transition and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
